Achieve a nationally-recognised Level 2 qualification for Working as a Door Supervisor within the Private Security Industry, which will help you:

What Happens If I Fail The Course?
We have a very high success rate and the vast majority of people pass this course without any problem.
If however, you did fail one or more of the units please don't you worry.
You can do unlimited re-takes at no extra cost.
What If The Course Is Cancelled?
We know that some training providers cancel course, but not us. The only time we have had to cancel courses was during the recent pandemic. However, if (for whatever reason) your course is cancelled we will offer you an alternate date or an instant refund.
What Else Can I Do With My License?
The Door Supervisor Licence also allows you to work as a Security Guard as well as a Door Supervisor.
That means not only can you work in pubs, clubs and events, you can also work in retail shops and as a static security guard.

Is There Any Pre-Course or Online Learning To Do?
Yes. There is some online distance learning which you must complete before you attend the classroom training, but we are always at the end of a phone or email if you need any help and support.
When WIll I Receive The Results of The Exam?
It normally takes between 10-14 working days after your examination date for results to get published online.
But as soon as they are we will notify by text message and by email.
Do I Have To Wait Until I Receive My Certificate Before I Can Apply For My SIA License?
No. Immediately you have passed the course we will forward your details directly to the SIA informing them that you have passed the course.
Therefore, you don't need to wait for your certificate to arrive before you can apply for the SIA Licence.
You can apply to the SIA immediately on completion of the course.
